Initial Consultation: I will reach out to you to schedule an initial consultation, either in-person or virtually. During the consultation, we will discuss your vision for the wedding flowers, your budget, and any specific requests you may have.
Proposal: Based on the information gathered during the consultation, I will create a detailed proposal that outlines the floral arrangements I will provide, including bouquets, centerpieces, ceremony décor, and any additional items. The proposal will also include a comprehensive quote and payment schedule.
Contract: If you decide to move forward with our services, we will provide you with a contract that outlines the details of the proposal and confirms our availability on your wedding day.
Finalization: Before the wedding, I will have a final meeting to go over all the details and ensure that everything is in order.
Payment: We require a $500 deposit to secure your wedding date, with the balance due 30 days prior to the wedding in full.
The Big Day: On the day of the wedding, our team will arrive at the venue to set up and arrange the flowers, ensuring that everything is perfect for your special day.
